A day of rest

Although I love, love, love my position as an elderly caretaker, it is really nice to have a day of rest. Last week was a really big week. It was my first week with both clients, plus finishing up at Mira’s (for the very last time!) and then preparing house and yard for my son’s graduation party.Image

By today, I was so tired that I could not believe it. I really wanted to get caught up and everything, but hit bottom and need to reboot in order to be the very best that I can possibly be for next week. Every once in awhile it is a good idea to take a day to rest in order clear the head Β and give yourself something that you need, too. In order to give from the heart, you must refresh your soul.

Today is my day. I will be happy to go back tomorrow to the ladies that I care for. I will be back to normal and ready to go. I am so happy to have had the chance for some time just for me.
