Jitterbug plus offers service alternatives

Besides having the ‘necklace’ that is a medical alert tool for a senior, Jitterbug is offering a plus alternative. They actually have designed and are offering a medical alert service and a cell phone that is combined into one device. Instead of having to pay out-of-pocket for two separate devices, this comes all-in-one and the price is almost a 50% savings!

According to John Walsh, the host of America’s Most Wanted, this product is safer, smarter and easier to use. The Jitterbug comes embedded with a 5Star Urgent Response thus the reason it is a mobile medical alert device.

The simplicity of the situation is that a senior need only to press the 5 key and then the * and they will be immediately connected with an NAED Certified Response Agent. This way if no one else is available, the Agent will be able to quickly determine where the senior is, evaluate the current situation and send help.

Another great feature is the long-lasting battery supply. The phone comes with a battery that has 25 days of standby time, so it does not need to be charged daily.

Finally, the backlit keypad,

big buttons and large legible numbers help even those of us not qualified as a senior. There is even an improved speaker system installed thus those with hearing loss can still hear loud and clear.

This device seems perfect for most seniors. Let’s face it, it is better to have a double featured product that may be easier to use and pay less for the service. Think about it when you remember that With Age Comes Respect!
