Trust builds over time (Posted late on 11/24 from 11/22)

I ordinarily win people over. Sometimes it just takes a bit of time. Patience was never my forte before, but it is definitely part of the current plans. Without patience, I would be nowhere with my elderly care business.
Patience is the name of the game in every aspect of my organization. I have to be patient in order to get clients; in order to get employees; to work under governmental regulations; to work for patients once I get them; to deal with patients’ families. Patience yields patients. Patients need trust and I will do whatever it takes to build trust to yield my business more business.
I certainly want to show people that With Age Comes Respect because that is what wins that trust. It is extremely exciting to see what that goal gets me. I am proud when those I want to win decide to open their hearts and give me a chance.
I got my chance lately with some clients that ‘liked’ me, but were not sure that they truly “liked” me. I think with enough time and devotion, love seeps through. I certainly hope so anyway, because I don’t plan on changing the way that I do business any time soon!
