Something for everyone (Posted late on 12/21 from 12/20)

Christmas is a great time to share the best part of yourself with those you care for. This includes those you ‘care’ for in your job.
Being a caregiver gives one an opportunity to give the best of yourself (plus a little something extra) to your clients. A little present can go a very long way!
That is why I pay attention to the small details that my elders speak about in everyday life all year long and then I try to slip a special something in during the holiday season. (I really wish I was rich so that I could give them more!)
This year, one client has already received a bathrobe. It was the only thing that I could discover that her loving family had not already got for her. For as her age progresses, so, too, does the love that they all give her; love so pure that a common person would be jealous of it! She is so lucky that they simply will do anything to make her as happy as possible for whatever time she has left in this world.
As for my other clients, I don’t want to reveal too much too soon, so stay tuned as I continue to display that With Age Comes Respect.

About melissalstoneburner

Melissa is the proud mother of two boys. She also like to take care of all of her elderly clients as though they were her actual flesh and blood, too. Melissa began her elderly care business, Time to Care, in August, 2012. Since then, she has successfully seen several clients through life and onto the next life. She writes about what she knows, what she doesn't know, and reveals all the research in between. She believes that elderly care is the best thing she has ever done in life; second only to being a mother!
