Back at it

Although today will be a reduced day of work (as will this entire week), it will feel good to get back in the saddle. Elderly caretaking is a position that I take very seriously. It is a great responsibility to show those you care for that With Age Comes Respect.
Respect is earned and after 70-80-90 or more years, you would think it would just be an action that would be natural – not having to be thought about. The more I take on this responsibility, the more I respect the folks I care for – no matter how hard it may be some days.
I want people to realize that I am serious about what I do and who I do it for. We are all people for golly sakes and no matter what someone has done in their past, it is my position in this life to help them feel important until the very end. If I cannot do that, then I should not be helping that individual!
With each passing day and each passing year, I learn more and more and try to put what I have learned to good use. I am hoping that this year is yet another successful year because others hear about the service that I am willing to provide.
I love working for myself and doing what I do best. Today is just another day to prove that!

About melissalstoneburner

Melissa is the proud mother of two boys. She also like to take care of all of her elderly clients as though they were her actual flesh and blood, too. Melissa began her elderly care business, Time to Care, in August, 2012. Since then, she has successfully seen several clients through life and onto the next life. She writes about what she knows, what she doesn't know, and reveals all the research in between. She believes that elderly care is the best thing she has ever done in life; second only to being a mother!
