Sweet day of giving

Yesterday I was able to deliver both gifts I had left to be given to my female clients for Mother’s Day. It was a sweet sense of loss where one client was concerned because hers was just as much of a parting gift as it was in tribute to her being such a great mother. Although she was my client for just a few months, she was also my friend and had wormed her way deep into the recesses of my heart. I will miss seeing her on a by-weekly basis, but I will also appreciate the fact I got to meet her and become her friend!
The second gift was for a woman that has very specific desires and I think I met those desires with success. I was proud to take her her gift and we sat and chatted very calmly and nicely after it was delivered. I think it is the small things that can make a huge difference in the lives of others. That is why I try to keep track of everything that each individual mentions throughout our time together; things that mean something to them – and ultimately to me. In times like these it is just another way for me to express that With Age Comes Respect.
