A day to recoup

Everybody needs a day. The only things that I need to do today are meal plan, finish billing and complete my sewing job. Since the weather is so dreary and we could get more thunderstorms, my boys and I are skipping the Arboretum one more time and geeking out today on movies.
My boys are fully supportive of all my business efforts. They help as much as they possibly can.
So today I will regroup because everyone needs a time out to be proficient. It is especially important to one that has the goal of displaying to her fellowman or woman that With Age Comes Respect.
Although it may not seem like a lot of work to do, sitting and talking or running errands with a senior, it is because you are not only caring for yourself, but caring for and protecting some precious cargo to boot. Protecting a senior is very much like protecting a smaller child – only they weigh more. Besides, who wants to be the person that is in the presence of a senior and let’s something horrible happen to them? Not me, that is for darn sure!
So I will regroup, rest, spend some time with my boys and be ready to take off again when Monday morning comes around.
