Even though I worked so many hours today that it was not funny, I feel very satisfied with the fact that my clients could be very proud of their household when their family arrived this evening. I know that there was so much more that I could do to make the atmosphere perfect, but hey, we are human, and who in the world is truly perfect? I know I am not!
But, what was truly wonderful was the fact that I could see in my client’s family’s eyes the fact that they knew I was showing their parents that With Age Comes Respect; they know I am doing everything within my power to make their parents’ lives a complete success! That is all I want!
It is so important to me that bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens are cleaned; that rugs, clothes, bedding and towels are all laundered. I just want clean to show that I respect the people that need a tad bit of help keeping their lives in good order.
I am their girl. I just want them all to know that I am in their corner. I love what I do and my client even recognized the fact that I considered being a nun when I was younger. He recognized that I take care of him and his wife as I do my very own children.
I am proud of that. I am proud to serve!
