Goodbye Sweet Elsie!

I finally made the fatal call today regarding my eldest client. This lovely woman had just recently turned 96 and she was yet another favorite of mine. The only issue is that her health was failing and we both knew it. Yesterday she entered into the Kingdom of Heaven peacefully.

I am grateful that her Earthly suffering has ended, but my heart is breaking all the same. I fall in love with each and every one of my clients and when they are no longer a physical part of my life, I little piece of me feels like it is missing, too!

Her son relayed to me that I had done my best by showing his mother that With Age Comes Respect and that she had fun with me and enjoyed our time together. I was so happy to hear that!

I will forever have another hole in my heart left by this sweet, sweet woman who I loved sincerely. I pray that she will forever be at peace and that one day we will meet again in a much, much better setting.

Thank you Elsie for being a big part of my life. Rest in Peace. You deserve it! God Bless!
