Reusable Depends (Posted late on 09/30 from 09/29)

As you can imagine, especially if you or a loved one are going through it, buying Depends or incontinence pads gets costly. Depending on the brand that your loved one or client uses will depend on said cost.

There is another way, however, that many of us don’t realize. I know I didn’t until I was doing research for the past few incontinence articles I have been writing.

The option is actually washable and reusable briefs. Not only will this save money in the long run, but will also be better for your clients because these briefs may be able to provide some additional protection otherwise not afforded by disposable Depends and pads.

These products are typically made of cotton for comfort. Sometimes there is a blend of polyester and nylon tossed in so that the products resemble regular underwear. Not only will these products cut down on waste, your clients will also be provided a more comfortable – more natural – alternative in incontinence products.

Prices vary depending on the produce in question, but you can research all you like by going to or refer to their Buyers Guide to help your client find the correct reusable incontinence products that will fit their personal lifestyle.

By doing research such as this, you will definitely be able to prove to your clients that you believe that With Age Comes Respect.
